DIY • a pretty, organized heel display.

While browsing Pinterest, searching for organizational and storage inspiration, I stumbled upon these images (original sources here: A Shoe Storage Spectactular (sic) and 16 Smart Shoe Storage Solutions). I was so impressed with the simplicity of it! I mentioned the project to my mom, who just so happened to have a spare piece of wood trim in the garage. We quickly sawed it into two pieces, then nailed it up onto my wall. Done! I like it because I enjoy seeing what I have in front of me. The rest of my non-heeled shoes sit in a storage bin under my bed, and my heels get worn more frequently because they aren't hidden away! I also think it looks pretty cool. How do you store your shoes?
