The prize is a huge package of eight (8) vintage and handmade items, valued at over $150, from some wonderful Etsy sellers! Since the prize is so major, the means of entry are a little more involved than usual--but don't fret!

One lucky winner will win everything seen below:




HOW IT WORKS:
The giveaway starts now (Monday, July 18th) and will run for one month, ending on Monday, August 15th at 9PM EST.
One winner will be randomly chosen, posted, and contacted immediately thereafter.
To enter, you must first fill out the form below. All items must be completed or your entry will not count.
Feel free to click on the shop names below to open their blogs/shops/etc., since the form doesn't allow active HTML links!
After the form is completed, leave one comment letting me know your name and that you finished the form.
Then you can complete any of the following "Extra" entries. For each one of those extra entries, leave one additional comment.
