Pink Champagne on Ice.

Here are a few shots from New Year's Eve! I was really trying to just ~enjoy the moment~ and not take photos all night, so this is all you're getting! ;) As I said yesterday, we drove to Lake Harmony, Pennsylvania (which looks like it would be so fun in the summer) and celebrated NYE with Frank's sister and brother-in-law and their friends. There was so much delicious food (hello, bacon-wrapped chicken with brown sugar glaze) and lots to drink. We played a few drinking games and Cards Against Humanity, danced to some '90s music, and watched the ball drop. Unfortunately, many friends had fallen ill earlier in the day and pretty much everyone besides me and Frank went to bed around 1 AM. They kept apologizing to us for being "boring," but we were like, "YOU ARE SICK, CRAZIES. GO TO BED!" Frank and I stayed up playing cards til about 3 AM, then hit the air mattress. It was a short trip, but a really fun way to ring in the new year. Plus we got lunch at Cracker Barrel the next day. Happy New Year, indeed. Be sure to follow awildtonic on Instagram for more photos!
