Coffee and Tea Exchange!
A few weeks ago, my pal Beca from Tumbleweeds Handcraft put together a coffee and tea exchange. I was paired up with Kate of Red Locks and Bold Frames, and I sent her a few boxes of tea in a variety of flavors. She sent me a bag of coffee beans and an awesome mug from a local cafe called Populace. I'm in love! Thanks to Kate for the coffee, and Beca for putting it together!
In case you're wondering, the quote on the mug says..
“To all the secret writers, late-night painters, would-be singers, lapsed and scared artists of every stripe, dig out your paintbrush, or your flute, or your dancing shoes. Pull out your camera or your computer or your pottery wheel. Today, tonight, after the kids are in bed or when your homework is done, or instead of one more video game or magazine, create something, anything.
Pick up a needle and thread, and stitch together something particular and honest and beautiful, because we need it. I need it." -Shauna Niequist
Oh wow that's such a nice idea! Thanks for sharing.

I am a sucker for labels and I like the one on the coffee and that the bag is black. That mug is neat too! I wanted to join this but I think it was US only.
ReplyDeleteThat is awesome! I sent my coffee out and never got a package in return. I was super sad! :(
ReplyDeleteLauren! I'm so glad you received! Great shots. Do you mind if I share with the folks at Populace? My post will post tomorrow! take care
