Washi Tape + iPhone Cable • DIY Wrapped iPhone Cord
Home alone last Friday night, reading a "Real Simple" that I borrowed from Frank's mom, I came across a product that was so easy to DIY (DIM?). I don't know about you, but my mom, dad, sister, boyfriend, and I all own at least one Apple product. It's easy for all the wires to get confused/lost/borrowed/yoinked. "Real Simple" featured a company that sells patterned cords, so you always know which one is yours. I leapt out of bed, grabbed my iPhone cable and some washi tape, and in about two minutes I was done. My only tip would be to take your time and wrap the tape tightly. I was so excited to do it that I sorta rushed and some parts are a little puffy. Ha! What do you think? Cute or silly, or both?
That is such a darling idea to take care of cords, which usually can be ugly tangled messes.
ReplyDeleteah, this is so cute! and i love your nails :) x
ReplyDeleteCute :) Love this idea. I did a same sort of DIY and crochet around the cord. But now a year later my cord is not working well anymore, ooops! So I think this is it :D
